In my AG order I ordered Elizabeths holiday dress and inside the box is the cape, not the dress. The sticker on the outside of the box says its the dress. What does AG do in this situation? Will I send back the wrong item and they'll mail the correct one? Just wondering before I call them.

Call customer service and explain the situation. They will send the new item and send you a return shipping label for the incorrect one. This has happened to me a couple of times - they are very good about correcting their errors. [img]smile.gif[/img]
